1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DCDH Estate in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Google Sign-In & Third-Party Authentication

2.1 Google Sign-In

DCDH Estate uses Google Sign-In to provide secure, convenient user authentication. By using Google Sign-In, you authorize us to collect and use the following information from your Google Account:

• Full Name: Your first and last name as registered in your Google Account.
• Email Address: Your primary email address associated with your Google Account.
• Google Account ID (UID): A unique identifier provided by Google for account verification and linking across sessions.
• Profile Image URL: A link to your Google Account profile picture (if available).

Important: We do NOT store or access your Google password. All authentication is handled securely by Google's OAuth 2.0 servers. Your Google account security is managed directly by Google.

2.2 Truecaller Sign-In (Optional)

We also offer Truecaller OAuth as an alternative authentication method. When you choose to authenticate via Truecaller, Truecaller provides:

• Full Name: Your verified name from your Truecaller profile.
• Phone Number: Your verified phone number registered with Truecaller.
• Email Address: Your email address associated with Truecaller (if available).
• Truecaller ID: A unique identifier for account authentication.

Truecaller and Google are third-party identity providers that DCDH Estate does not control. Use of these services is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of service.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

3.1 Account Registration

When you create an account on DCDH Estate using Google Sign-In, Truecaller, or other authentication methods, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3.2 User Roles

DCDH Estate supports multiple user roles:

• Seekers: Users searching for properties to buy, rent, or explore.
• Owners: Property owners listing their own properties.
• Agents: Licensed real estate professionals facilitating transactions.

Each role carries specific responsibilities outlined in the platform guidelines. Users misrepresenting their role may face account suspension or termination.

4. Real Estate Listings & Property Information

4.1 Purpose of Platform

DCDH Estate is a real estate listing and discovery platform. We facilitate the connection between property buyers, sellers, renters, and agents. DCDH Estate is NOT a real estate broker and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any property listing.

4.2 Property Listing Disclaimer

Property information, including descriptions, images, pricing, and availability, is provided by sellers, agents, or property owners. DCDH Estate:

• Does NOT verify the accuracy or authenticity of property details.
• Does NOT guarantee that property information is current or complete.
• Strongly recommends that users independently verify all property information before making decisions.
• Is NOT responsible for misrepresentations, fraud, or inaccuracies in property listings.
• Is NOT liable for disputes, financial losses, or legal issues arising from property transactions.

4.3 User-Generated Content

By posting property listings, images, descriptions, or other content on DCDH Estate, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to share this content.
• The information is truthful and not misleading.
• The content does not violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities on DCDH Estate:

5.1 Fraudulent & Illegal Conduct

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent property information.
• Engaging in scams, financial fraud, or extortion.
• Facilitating or promoting illegal activities (drug trafficking, human trafficking, etc.).
• Money laundering or terrorist financing activities.
• Violating any local, national, or international laws.

5.2 Technical Abuse

• Attempting to hack, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Interfering with platform infrastructure or servers.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape or manipulate data.
• Bypassing security measures or authentication systems.
• Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code.

5.3 Harassment & Abuse

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
• Posting hate speech, discriminatory content, or sexually explicit material.
• Defaming or slandering individuals or organizations.
• Violating anyone's privacy or publishing private information without consent.

5.4 Intellectual Property Violations

• Uploading content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
• Using another person's intellectual property without permission.
• Reproducing or distributing copyrighted material illegally.

5.5 Spam & Unwanted Communications

• Sending spam, unsolicited advertisements, or bulk messages.
• Using the platform to collect email addresses or contact information for unauthorized purposes.
• Repeatedly posting duplicate or misleading content.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, termination, and/or legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• DCDH Estate is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• DCDH Estate disclaims all liability for:
  • Financial losses, fraud, or scams involving property transactions.
  • Disputes between buyers, sellers, agents, or other users.
  • Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading property information.
  • Loss of data, interruption of service, or technical failures.
  • Unauthorized access to user accounts or data breaches.
  • Third-party actions, including those of OAuth providers (Google, Truecaller).
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• You assume all risk associated with your use of DCDH Estate and any real estate transactions facilitated through the platform.
• DCDH Estate's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to DCDH Estate in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $0 if you paid nothing).

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability, so these provisions may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DCDH Estate, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your use of the Service in violation of applicable laws.
• Your infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.
